We ship USPS for most of our items for the best price and delivery options. We pack everything carefully because we know your order is important to you and ensure delivery confirmation.
Our apologies, but we do not issue refunds, but do offer exchanges or store credit. We DO NOT accept exchanges or credit on any of the sugar products for health reasons. So, if your purchase fails to meet expectations, simply email us at email@example.com to let us know you will be sending the items for an exchange or credit. Simply return your receipt and merchandise in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit. Your return should be sent via United States Postal Service. For your protection, we suggest you ship with insurance and delivery confirmation (for tracking purposes) to ensure your exchange or store credit.
